This morning when we woke up it was evident that the heavy humidity we had been experiencing for the past week had finally lifted. The air was clear and fresh and for the first time in a while, we could move without sweating excessively. We showered, had breakfast and drove over to Jay's house so we could go through our belongings stored in his basement.

When we sold our house in 2003, we kept a few things in anticipation of someday owning a non-mobile home again, most of them being photographs, paintings, some antique dishes and family memorabilia. However there were a few items that we now knew we would never use and we needed to sort through it to reduce the boxes that will be moved out to Vancouver. It didn't take as long as we had anticipated and by 1:00 o'clock, we were finished and had a new pile of boxes to give away, throw away or sell.

Once Bill, Laura and Jay had finished work, Rosanne, Rick and I joined them for dinner at Applejacks in Markham followed by going to a movie at a local theatre. We all enjoyed the comedy, The Wedding Crashers, before calling it a night and heading back to the motorhome. We'd had a really good day, accomplishing a lot, enjoying good company and ending it with our family and friends.

Here is Lulu, the cat, hamming it up for the camera.
