Just east of Osoyoos after we climbed and wound around the nearby mountain we came across an overlook. Here you can see the road we had already traveled as well as Lake Osoyoos.
On our way to Rock Creek on Highway 3 from Osoyoos, we came across this old barn which I thought deserved to be photographed. We didn't stop; I simply took the picture as we rode by from the back of the motorcycle.
On our way back from Rock Creek, the clouds had moved in and they made the mountains in the distance look almost surreal.
Returning to Osoyoos I was able to capture this view of the town while I was riding on the back of the bike from a closer vantage point than before.
Yesterday morning we rode to Oliver, BC and learned as we traveled that we were surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The southern Okanagen Valley is one more gorgeous area of Canada.
