We all slept in today because we were tired from yesterday's early wake-up and long drive and we slept like babies last night. Rick and Rob decided to do some work on the batteries today. I mentioned earlier that we had been having problems with an inverter and that we thought it had been repaired, however it was "still" giving us grief.

Our coach is all-electric and the inverter's are needed to run the fridge, among other things, while we are driving down the road. At the RV dealer's, they discovered a poor connection to one of the eight batteries because the cables are crimped instead of soldered and they only recrimped it. Unfortunately, they didn't check all of the 24 connectors and didn't solder any, so Rick and Rob went about the process of doing the job properly over the course of the day. It took a few trips to the local hardware stores and several other campers dropping by to see the production, but they got finished at around 6:00 PM. (As I have mentioned before, when a man gets out a tool it attracts every handy man within a one mile radius and that was certainly the case here today.....they had plenty of "free" help and advice!)

Rosanne and I watched some TV and this afternoon, I gave her a Reiki treatment. As usual, with Rosanne, it was very powerful. We both felt the energy in the room and experienced some very interesting visions. After it was finished, we were so energized and we shared our experiences with each other. We went outside to observe the repair production and then we ventured into town to buy some groceries for dinner and breakfast.

While we watched American Idol on the TV, we enjoyed a pasta and salad dinner. We need to rest up for tomorrow because we are going to Corpus Christi on Harley Davidson motorcycles! The "boy's" went to the local Harley dealer this morning and reserved two bikes for tomorrow. We are quite excited as the forecast is calling for lots of sunshine and a high of 28C (83F). We should have a good day! Cool
